Polly Kelsall
Polly lives, works and creates in Bristol but has very strong connections to the Outer Hebrides.
Polly’s work is multidisciplinary often combining materials and objects (found, altered and made), hand woven cloth and images. Her work continually adapts and evolves to create new narratives that result in arrangements, installations and site-specific work.
Her ideas, thoughts, processes and concerns explore the possible tensions and balances between human activities and natural processes, permanence and the temporary, fragility and solidity.
